BGRR AND TRAX RUNNING PERSONAL CHALLENGE

Want to run your first 5k or half-marathon? Ran one, but want to improve your time? Just want some company on those long training runs?

BGRR and TRAX running have teamed up to offer group runs and assistance with training. Just show up at the shelter at Kereiakes Park any Saturday at 7am for the group run. Members of BGRR and/or TRAX will be on hand to get things rolling, offer route options, and to answer any questions you might have. Don’t have a training plan? No problem, we can help you with one. This challenge is a build up to prepare for the Run for Children 5k and Mini-Marathon on March 31st. Participants in our group runs can sign up through us and receive a $5 discount off of the Run for Children registration.

If you run by yourself, then you’re really missing out on all of the benefits of social running in groups. Groups can help pull you along for performance improvement, provide a distraction to make the miles pass easier, and quite simply group running just makes running more enjoyable. Join us for the group runs and see what you’ve been missing!
